Polyester conveyor belts,also called EP conveyor belts, whosetension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp andnylon-66 in wef. The belts have the characteristics of low elongation inwarp and good troughability in weft, good water resistance, good wetstrength, no mould, suitable for medium long-distance and heavy-loadtransportation of materials. Because of the high inital modulus of polyeste, the belts can choose a relative low safety factor.
